We sit with the person who does the job today and write down what actually happens, including the exceptions they handle without thinking about it. You get that map whether or not you hire us.

We build against your real systems and your real edge cases, not a clean sandbox that falls over on contact with your data.

It runs beside your team on live work until its output matches theirs. You watch every run and we tune the thresholds together.

Nothing here is a demo we assembled for a pitch. It is the stack we depend on, which is also why we will tell you when a process is not worth automating yet.
How we charge
Scoped before we start
You get a fixed price for the workflow once we have mapped it. No open-ended hourly billing and no invoice that grows while you wait.
One workflow at a time
We ship the first one and let it run before we scope the second. If it does not earn its place, you stop there.
You own the result
It runs in your accounts on your data. You keep it if you walk away.
Questions, answered.
What counts as one workflow?
One repeatable process with a clear trigger and a clear finish: an invoice arriving and ending up posted, a lead arriving and ending up booked. If a job has two unrelated triggers, it is usually two workflows, and we will tell you that during the mapping session rather than after the invoice.
Do we have to change tools?
No. We build onto what you already run. If a system has no API we work through the paths that do exist, and if something genuinely cannot be automated safely we say so instead of shipping a fragile workaround.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every workflow ships with a confidence threshold and a human review path. Low confidence and anything outside the rules route to a person instead of guessing, and each run is logged so you can see exactly what happened and why.
How long does the first one take?
It depends on how many systems it touches and how clean the data is. We give you the range after the mapping session, before you commit to anything.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in your accounts on your data, and you keep it if you stop working with us.
