AI Answer Pros — Command Center

AI Answer Pros, LLC (“we”, “us”) builds and operates websites with virtual-receptionist answering for its own customers, and answers inquiries from prospective customers who contact us directly. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, quiz, booking request, or call us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, location, and the details of your request. We collect this only when you provide it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, provide and schedule our services, and follow up about the service you asked about.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to your request (for example, a reply when you call and we miss it, appointment confirmations, or follow-up about the quote you requested). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never shared for promotional use.

All of the data categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties other than the messaging aggregators and providers (for example, Signal House) that we use solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we ask your permission for two scopes: see and edit events on your calendars (calendar.events) and view your calendars (calendar.readonly). Connecting is entirely optional — the service works without it, and we will send your booked appointments by text or email instead.

We use that access for one purpose: to check when you are free and to place the appointments we book onto your calendar. Specifically, we read your busy/free times so we do not double-book you, and we create, update, or cancel the specific appointment events we arrange for you. We do not read the contents of your unrelated personal events, we do not use Google data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

We store only the access credential Google issues us (encrypted at rest) plus the identifier, address, and time zone of the calendar you selected. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; disconnecting deletes the stored credential and ends our access immediately.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share your information only with service providers (for example, messaging, scheduling, and payment vendors) that help us operate and deliver our own service, under obligations of confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and you can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
